Michael Saunders & Company, an independant, local real estate company that started in 1976, with 26 Branch office in 3 Florida counties, has dedicated agents loyal to Michaels beliefs and vision, from Bradenton to Boca Grande, Florida.
I have enjoyed capturing portraits of some of these agents, with the focus on their niche in the market.
Adam Cuffaro, has worked out of the Saunders & Company office on the campus of the IMG Academy. Given that a lot of the properties Adam has sold have been in planned communites and golf & country club settings, we felt using a natural setting was the ideal background for his portrait.
Elizabeth Van Ripper focuses on properties in and around Sarasota and its barrier islands. Elizabeth's passion for the area results in her belief "The opportunites to live a fit, egaged life abound". Raised in Princeton, and having worked in financial services, commercial real estate and development in New York, Connectitcut and Texas made us want to focus on a "downtown" setting for her portrait.
Karen Lyons-Nowadly specializes in Siesta Key properties so using Siesta Key Beach and one of the lifeguard stands as a backdrop was perfect to deliver that message...
Steven Larkin specilizes in commercial real estate, tenant representation, new development, retail site sales, land and big box disposition. Shooting on St. Armands Circle was the ideal setting to depict his commercial expertise.
Tim Lupia offers his clients "trusted guidence and a wealth of knowledge on the lifestyle options that enrich Florida's Gulf Coast". A background showing the beautiful bay with sailboats and another shot showing lush mangroves, seemed the ideal way to represent him.
Deborah Beacham focuses mostly on waterfront estates in the luxury market from the barrier islands to the mainland, with average sales prices over 2.3 million. Here is the spread I shot for her, for TSG Sarasota in front of one of the properties she represents on Casey Key.
